The general conditions cited below manage the relationship between the client and www.momentum.be, the full property of Elsea Production SA ("Momentum"). Each visit and possible sale via Momentum implies total and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions by the customer. 1. SUBJECT:

These general conditions apply to all sales made by Elsea Production SA / Momentum both from its website and from its stores.

The customer who places an order is presumed to have fully accepted them. Any clause derogating from these general conditions of sale must have been expressly accepted by the management.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE SALE:

With regard to classic sales made in stores, the sales contract is concluded as soon as each of the parties has signed the order form.

Regarding sales made via the website, the sale is only final when it is confirmed by the payment of the price mentioned by the purchaser. The sale is concluded as soon as the customer has validated his shopping basket and that an order confirmation has been sent to him by e-mail, you declare that you are responsible for the purchase.

3. PRICE:

The prices are valid the same day of the consultation on the website or for the period of validity if this is mentioned, until the end of stocks. All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated - shipping costs not included.

4. APPROVAL AND RECEPTION OF GOODS:

5. WARRANTY:

6. PAYMENT OF THE PRICE AND DELIVERY:

Momentum undertakes to deliver the order within 15 working days of receipt of payment and if all the products are in stock.
